North Highlands Citizens Association
Our Purpose
The North Highland Citizens’ Association is a community organization that plays a vital role in local governance and community engagement, consisting of residents who come together to discuss, advocate for, and address issues affecting our neighborhood.
Our Neighborhood Plan was officially approved by the Arlington County Board in December 2025. The plan may be see on the Neighborhood Plan page.
