North Highlands Citizens Association
Our Purpose
The North Highland Citizens’ Association is a community organization that plays a vital role in local governance and community engagement, consisting of residents who come together to discuss, advocate for, and address issues affecting our neighborhood.
We are currently in the process of creating the first neighborhood plan! The plan may be seen on the Neighborhood Plan page. We expect to have the plan approved by the county board by the end of 2025. If you have ideas on improving the plan, please get in contact!
